Grand Marche d’Art Contemporain (Place de la Bastille)

Over 500 French and foreign artists display their modern art at this exhibition at Place de a Bastille, through this Sunday, May 2.  The theme this year is “scenes urbaines”, meaning simply “urban scenes.”  Art pieces include an American flag in the shape of a gun, metal skytowers and paper mache sculptures.  Canvasses, ceramics and other interesting pieces are on display as well.

Admission:  8 Euros (free for children under 15)
