Amorino
For one of the best treats under 4 Euros, go to Amorino for fresh gelato. There is a large selection of flavors which often vary according to the season. Amorino always has a few staple fruit flavors – mango, strawberry, raspberry, mandarin, peach as well as rich chocolates, cognac, tiramisu, pistache and biscotti.
Try mixing and matching – even for a small cornet (cone) or coppa (cup), you can order three flavors. For a cone, they scoop the flavors into the shape of a flower. Servings are generous – a medium sized cone is quite substantial, and a large cone is enough for dinner. During summer time, expect to wait in long lines.
Located throughout the city, the Amorino chain can be found in the Marais on Rue Vieille Du Temple, on Rue Cler, Rue St. Andre-des-Arts in the 6th, Pantheon and more. The shops are generally small and most patrons opt for take-out, the ideal accompaniment for a long walk in the Parisian sun.
A perfect stop for kids, everyone is happy when visiting Amorino.
