Restaurant Sweepstakes — Chef Andre Chiang

When something sounds too good to be true, usually it is.  But not this time.  UntappedParis, a world travel blog, has partnered with Singapore Takeout and Singapore International Culinary Exchange to host a 5-course dinner in Paris by Chef Andre Chiang in Paris on July 2nd. Chiang’s Andre Restaurant was named by the New York Times as one of the top “10 Restaurants Worth a Plane Ride.”

For two days only, Singapore Takeout will transform into a pop-up restaurant at the l’hippodrome d’Auteuil. The sleek pop-up restaurant has been shipped from Singapore and is traveling to nine cities around the world to promote Singapore’s dynamic food culture, with Paris as the second stop. Chef Sven Chartier from Saturne will also be preparing a meal during the 2-day event.
The UntappedParis/Singapore Takeout dinner will be on Saturday, July 2nd from 7pm to 8:30pm and we will be selecting 20 of those that enter the sweepstakes to attend this unique event free of charge. More details and how to enter the sweepstakes may be found here.

Please register by 27 June 2011, Monday to avoid disappointment! Due to limited spaces, if you are selected, an email confirmation will be sent to you after registration for you to print out to gain entry. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your session for registration, as the meal will start and end promptly at the pre-indicated times. Latecomers will be admitted but you will join the meal at the course it is being served.

There will be a cash bar providing beverages.
